Required Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. ● 2–5 years of experience in Senior Sales Executive, technical sales, or solution sales within the AIDC, barcode, RFID, or Pharma sector. ● Hands-on knowledge of barcode technologies, RFID systems, industrial printers/scanners, and related software. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ● Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ● Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and demos. Preferred Skills ● Understanding of barcode symbologies, RFID protocols, and industry standards. ● Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms. ● Exposure to automation systems, including machine vision cameras and IoT-based solutions, is a strong plus. ● Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management system integration. ● Health insurance coverage.
