Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Bhopal. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales targets, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer support. The role also involves promoting the comprehensive range of crop protection and nutrition products, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Knowledge of crop protection and nutrition products
Strategic thinking and market research skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
Proven experience in the agricultural industry is preferred
