What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering a memorable showroom experience.
• Understand customer preferences to curate personalised product recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay updated on new collections, market trends, and competitor insights.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with ELEM’s brand aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in

  luxury retail sales.

  (furniture, lifestyle, home decor etc)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Confident, polished, and customer-oriented personality.
• Passion for luxury brands and personalised service.
• Flexible to work showroom hours, weekends, and holidays.
