Senior Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for business development.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update CRM records.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good market knowledge and customer-handling ability.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
