Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Personally visit pharmaceutical formulation and API manufacturing companies in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh region
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in Purchase, Projects, and Engineering departments
• Create awareness and brand recall for V. M. Industries (India) as a trusted supplier of high-quality process equipment

Sales & Lead Generation:

• Identify upcoming projects, machinery upgrade needs, and CAPEX plans
• Generate inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
• Drive the complete sales cycle from first contact to order closure

Technical Consultation:

• Conduct technical discussions with project teams and process heads
• Understand process requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions
• Liaise with internal design and production teams to deliver client-specific solutions

Reporting & Market Intelligence:

• Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Maintain CRM records and submit weekly visit and inquiry reports to HO
