Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Engineer at Mantech Automation Private Limited, your primary role will be to promote and sell Honeywell Industrial Products, including Gas Leak Detection Systems, Gas Sensors, and related solutions. You will be responsible for generating new business leads, conducting product demonstrations, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals across industrial sectors in Delhi-NCR and North India. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business leads by visiting industrial areas and manufacturing hubs. - Identify decision-makers, schedule appointments, and present Honeywell solutions effectively. - Conduct product demonstrations and communicate technical/functional benefits to clients. - Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth. - Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close deals. - Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders. - Provide regular reports and updates to the General Manager - Sales on activities, leads, and progress. - Represent the company as a key liaison at client sites to uphold brand reputation. - Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi-NCR and North India for business engagements. Qualification Required: - Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation sales with knowledge of Honeywell, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, or similar products. - Proficient in Sales Engineering and Technical Support with strong communication and customer service skills. - Demonstrated experience in sales, relationship management, and problem-solving. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical fields, or related disciplines. - Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India. - Prior experience in industrial automation or related fields would be an advantage.,
