Job Responsibilities • Establish new customers and Build and Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication, including phone, email and online platforms. • Present company’s services and technical capabilities through online or video meetings with effective presentation • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in ERP/CRM systems • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization through new and repeat orders. • Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer requirements and company offerings and to provide technical information and solutions • Work with internal teams to provide overall good customer experience, evaluate data to increase new and repeat sales and to provide with reports for analysis • Continuously monitor market trends to identify new sales opportunities and to provide feedback for improvement in line with organizational strategies. • Attend regular training sessions designed by organization to improve knowledge and understanding.
