Key Requirements

• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in sales/business development with proven results in B2B/OEM environments.
• Industry exposure in

  Lithium Battery, Automotive, or related tech sectors

• Strong client network and experience engaging with OEMs or large enterprises.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & Communication, or related field (B.Tech required).

• Proficiency in

  CRM systems

  and modern sales tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics and sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversions.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, enterprise clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts with a consultative approach.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and site visits across India.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates through CRM tools.
