Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager/Engineer to drive growth, expand market reach, and develop strong client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. • Regular visit to clients site to generate identify new opportunities. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, operations) to drive sales initiatives. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
