Role & responsibilities Responsibility of Upstream activities in bulk manufacturing facility. To ensure that upstream batches are carried out as per manufacturing instructions following relevant Process Development description document, MFR, SOPs, BMRs, Protocols etc. and to ensure appropriate documentation in order to maintain cGMP compliance. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (Details of key job functions) 1. Preparation of process documents (PCS, MFR, BMR), SOPs, protocols, related documents for upstream activity. 2. Hands on experience in operations of seed and production fermenters, continuous centrifuge, homogenizer and continuous involvement and support for commercial batches etc., 3. Involving and supporting in Sun Pharma CQA audits, internal audits ,local DGCI audits CDSCO and any other third party/national &international regulatory agencies. 4. Review of batch manufacturing records and related documents in upstream. 5. To understand and follow the safety practices and usage of PPEs in Bulk Manufacturing facility and during process. 6. Execution of Scale up of Development batches, commercial batches and other assigned tasks in Bulk manufacturing facility as per the assigned shift schedule (A,B,C Shift) hours. 7. Ensure Facility monitoring, readiness & maintenance of BM facility. 8. Coordination with engineering department on tracking and completion of preventive maintenance and calibration of Upstream process Equipment and instruments. 9. Following good documentation practices such as online documentation like BMR, equipment log, record sheets, etc. in upstream process. 10. Following up with Vendors on equipment and instrument related to upstream process. 11. Support for creation of Process Order/material reservation related to SAP transactions and handling of QMS elements activities. 12. Support and fulfill for any additional job work activities /other job responsibilities/tasks assigning by reporting manager. We need experienced professional from Cement Domain, particularly who has worked in Quality Control/Projects/Instrumentation/Process function willing to take up marketing role. Key Result Areas: Responsible for sustaining market leadership in Quality Control Machine for Cement plants. Setting Revenue Targets for the cement vertical and generating Sales Revenue New Customer Acquisition. Customer Relationship Management and Account Management Responsibilities: Overall responsible for achieving the sales targets in the cements vertical. Prepare Overall marketing plan at vertical level. Plan for individual potential customers. Carry out market research to identify new customers and new customer acquisition. Identification of key decision makers in cement plants. Proactively capturing the automation requirements or plans for the new plant. Understanding client needs and determining effective solutions in consultation with design team and automation team, Build market intelligence in terms of the developments or expansions in current customers. New automation projects being taken up, new plants coming being set up, competitor activities. Gather information about the developments in the market and provide the inputs to top management for their decision making. Visit related exhibitions and establish contacts with potential customers. Plan for promotional activities such as participation in exhibitions, advertisement in industry related magazines, subscriptions and other social media sources. Generating inquiries from various sources such as cold calling, inquiries received at office or through website and other sources Coordinating for plant visits with customers for deeper understanding the customer requirements and demonstrate organizations capabilities Preparation and Submission of Quotations in consultation with Design and Top Management, Price negotiations, Conversion of inquiries to order carry out order management. Follow through with customers to get customer PO and forward the same to Plant. Analyse missed or lost orders and initiate appropriate actions Track progress of the deliveries and obtain customer feedback to assess their satisfaction levels. Ensure compliance with laid down systems and procedures including maintaining records. Design, document , construct and deploy database architectures , Performance tuning , data quality strategy , and hands on experience in migration of infrastructure, data and applications out of legacy datacenters into the cloud environments(Oracle in Azure Platform). Should have extensive experience in migration tools such as DMS. 7+ years of professional experience in Oracle Database Administration with RAC. Knowledge in managing Oracle Users, Roles, and Privileges & Creating Database Objects and should have good Knowledge on Oracle Database Architecture. Expertise in performing Backup and Recovery activities using RMAN. Good Experience on Administration of ASM. Knowledge in HADR setup and physical Standby database (Data Guard). Hands on experience in upgrading & migrating the databases from 11gR2 to 12c & 12cR2 to 19c. Configuration and Maintenance of Network services (Listener and TNS Configuration). Administered all database installation, creation, modification, and tuning issues of Oracle. Having good experience on monitoring 12c and 13c OEM. Good Knowledge on ADDM, AWR for performance monitoring. The candidate should have strong experience in Azure Database Migration service. Should have skills in analyze the systems and identify problems evaluate and design solution and document for Azure Cloud. Extensive experience in Homogeneous and heterogeneous migration for public and private cloud databases. Should have hands on experience in analysis, capacity planning, designing, and configuring the Oracle on cloud environments. 2. To have in-depth knowledge process utilities generation & distribution systems (Water generation system-WFI, Pure steam, Purified water system, Compressed air, Chillers, Steam boilers (HSD fired & Bio briquette fired) Well versed with project management for facility upgradation, PID preparation, project chart preparation, BOQ preparation, Budgeting of project & meeting the targeted time lines. Preferred candidate profile To have knowledge of cGMP requirement for HVAC, area maintenance, area classification, Building management system, To have knowledge of process control systems, PLC, data loggers, SCADA system involved in manufacturing & utility systems. To have the knowledge of qualification & validation process of manufacturing & utility equipments. Know about the water system management treatment for meeting the process requirement as per norms. To have in-depth knowledge of CDSCO / EU guidelines for equipment/facility maintenance. To have knowledge of quality management tools like Track wise, SAP, Enterprise data management system (EDMS). Learning management system. Well versed with EHS regulation & compliances Well versed with electrical regulations/standards, boiler, pressure vessel regulations. Liasoning with external /internal stake holders for delivering the company objective.
