Senior Sales Director

National Chemical Industries (NCI) is looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales to drive strategic growth across global and domestic markets.

This is a critical leadership role that requires deep expertise in inorganic chemicals and experience managing high-value MNC accounts.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute sales strategy for both international and domestic markets

• Manage and grow critical MNC accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships

• Identify new business opportunities across geographies and industries

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to senior leadership

• Represent NCI at key industry events, exhibitions, and buyer meetings

• Mentor junior sales staff and build a scalable sales infrastructure

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in the chemical manufacturing or inorganic chemicals sector

• Strong track record of managing multinational clients and handling critical accounts

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

• MBA required (preferably in International Business, or related field)

• Must be ready for immediate joining
