Job Title: Senior Sales Associate – Home Essentials

Location: Elan Miracle Mall, Gurgaon

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate for our Home Essentials store who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and prior retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and billing.
• Train and guide junior staff members when required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and store SOPs.

Requirements:

• Graduate/12th pass with relevant retail sales experience (Home/ Lifestyle/ Fashion/ FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, customer-oriented, and sales-driven.

• .Flexible to work in retail mall timings, including weekends/holidays.
