Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic export and domestic sales plans to achieve company targets.

2. Identify and develop new markets, customers, and business opportunities globally and India.

3. Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales with international clients.

4. Build and maintain strong business relationships with overseas distributors, agents, EPC contractors, and end-users

5. Conduct market research to understand global trends, competition, and customer preferences.

6. Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote products.

7. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop brochures, technical documentation, and digital campaigns focused on export markets

8. Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of export consignments.

9. Handle export documentation (proforma invoices, LC, shipping documents, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations.

10. Monitor pricing, INCOTERMS, payment terms, and trade policies for target markets.

11. Lead Export and Domestic sales team or coordinate with local sales representatives in target countries.

12. Liaise with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet export and domestic order requirements

13. Track and report sales performance, market feedback, competitor activities, and future projections.

14. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for senior management on export sales and marketing activities.

15. Other Assignments assign by your Superior or direct Reporting Authority.

Preferred candidate profile

From Piping and related industry holding a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, International Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Or an MBA or Post graduate with a proven track record in a similar industry.
