Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and expand sales operations for TMT bars and cement in the Raipur region. The role involves driving revenue growth, developing dealer networks, managing key accounts, and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Expand and manage the dealer/distributor network across Raipur and nearby districts.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess demand, competitor activities, and channel performance.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and schemes with dealers and institutional clients.
• Ensure strong product availability and timely order fulfillment.

Marketing & Business Development

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, branding activities, and promotional events for TMT bars and cement.
• Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure projects, government contracts, and private builders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute ATL/BTL activities, trade meets, and influencer programs (engineers, contractors, architects).

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Review performance metrics and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards.

Relationship & Key Account Management

• Build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, project heads, and other stakeholders.
• Handle major accounts, including billing, dispute resolution, credit management, and customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, product offerings, and market share.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–12 years of experience in sales & marketing within TMT bars, cement, or building materials.
• Strong knowledge of Raipur/Chhattisgarh market and dealer ecosystem.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
