Job Description

We Are Hiring: Sales & Marketing Manager

Company: Interblocco Furniture
Location: Ghitorni, Delhi
Salary Range: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Interblocco Furniture is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate must be confident, strategic, and experienced in driving B2B sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage B2B & B2C sales for premium furniture products
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage lead conversions
  • Oversee end-to-end sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Train, guide, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow-ups through CRM tools

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Excellent client management and retention capabilities
  • Ability to generate leads and close high-value deals
  • Strategic planning and marketing knowledge
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B Sales experience (mandatory)
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
  • Industry experience in furniture/interiors is an advantage

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of total experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets
