We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong customer relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our projects and services. Skills & Qualifications Required Good communication skills in Telugu , English , and Hindi (optional). Ability and willingness to learn , adapt , and upgrade professional skills . Strong sense of commitment , loyalty , and company-oriented mindset. Growth mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within teams. Proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the real estate sector (added advantage). Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
