Senior Representative - MIS

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain and update MIS reports related to assessor activities, expenses, and reimbursement claims.
• Verify, process, and track reimbursements in coordination with finance and operations teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of supporting expense records from assessors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assessors regarding reimbursement queries and updates.
• Communicate regularly with assessors to ensure clarity on policies, timelines, and claim statuses.
• Highlight discrepancies and follow up to ensure timely resolution of pending claims.
• Prepare dashboards and summary reports for internal reviews and audits.
• Assist in automation or optimization of MIS tools and processes, where applicable.
  

What we are looking for from you:

Essential

• Know - how in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.)
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  

Desirable:

• Experience in MIS, operations, or reimbursement processing .
• Experience working with field teams or assessors is a plus.
