We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage critical data systems, oversee reimbursement processing, and ensure seamless communication with field assessors. What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain and update MIS reports related to assessor activities, expenses, and reimbursement claims.
- Verify, process, and track reimbursements in coordination with finance and operations teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of supporting expense records from assessors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assessors regarding reimbursement queries and updates.
- Communicate regularly with assessors to ensure clarity on policies, timelines, and claim statuses.
- Highlight discrepancies and follow up to ensure timely resolution of pending claims.
- Prepare dashboards and summary reports for internal reviews and audits.
- Assist in automation or optimization of MIS tools and processes, where applicable.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential
- Know - how in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in MIS, operations, or reimbursement processing .
- Experience working with field teams or assessors is a plus.
