Job Description

Ciklum is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the team full-time in India. As a custom product engineering company, we cater to multinational organizations and scaling startups, providing solutions to their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled professionals, we engineer technology that reshapes industries and influences the way people live. In this role, you will be part of the technical recruitment team in Pune. Your responsibilities will include researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with GTMs to draft detailed job descriptions, screening applications, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and recommending salary ranges and incentives during the offer process. You will also be responsible for developing recruitment business understanding, coaching, and training, as well as representing Ciklum to external audiences. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, 2 years of sourcing experience, and proficiency in GSuite and MS Office Suite. Additionally, familiarity with product engineering markets and excellent communication skills are essential. Desirable skills include time to hire, data integrity, candidate satisfaction, and strong project management abilities.
