Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at Ciklum in India, you will be a vital part of the technical recruitment team in Pune. Your role will involve researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. **Responsibilities:** - Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, including HR interviews, Technical interviews, DM call preparation of candidates, and Client interview coordination - Collaborate with GTMs to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria - Implement efficient recruiting methods based on role requirements, industry standards, and organizational needs - Screen applications and select qualified candidates - Schedule interviews, oversee preparation of interview questions and hiring materials - Collaborate closely with recruitment managers, ramp-up managers, recruitment administration lead, and other stakeholders - Assist with the interview process, attend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders - Collaborate with hiring managers and human resource staff during the offer process - Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies **Communication and Innovation:** - Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey Ciklum's values to candidates - Develop recruitment business understanding through coaching and training - Review and create email templates/instructions for candidate outreach - Demonstrate opinion leadership and represent Ciklum to external audiences - Participate in recruitment events to raise company awareness **Requirements:** - 5+ years of recruitment experience - 2+ years of sourcing experience - Candidate management experience - Previous experience in an international, high-paced environment - Understanding of product engineering market and related skills (Angular, React, Node JS, etc.) - Proficiency in GSuite, MS Office Suite, or related software - Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency **Desirable:** - Time to Hire - Qualifying profile submission - Data Integrity & Compliance - Candidate Satisfaction - Speed of interviewing **Personal Skills:** - Strong project management skills - Effective collaboration abilities - Expertise in sourcing and recruitment - Customer-centric approach - People management skills In addition, Ciklum offers a comprehensive benefits package including company-paid medical insurance, tailored education paths, growth opportunities, hybrid work mode, global project exposure, and a welcoming environment.
