Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are looking candidates for Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant Role - Recruitment, Non IT sector for our company at Pune location, Viman Nagar.

Candidate should have experience in Hardcore Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial sector with relevant experience of 4 years to 12 years in End to End recruitment - Non - IT sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Searching, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and forwarding them to the clients.
• Finding new sources for searching candidates and handling end to end process during the hiring
• Well versed with LinkedIn Search, Headhunting, Mapping.
• Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the open positions. Develop candidate pipelines specific to recurring or upcoming needs, with an eye toward cutting edge skills and diversity.
• Actively and creatively evaluate, network, and ultimately hire the best talent. Extending job offers to selected candidates, working with hiring managers and HR leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, requiring diligent follow up and regular check-ins.
• For Senior candidates - Client Handling, Stakeholder Management, experience in Leadership positions is must.
