Director Biofuel

The incumbent must have 25+ years of strong techno commercial experience, across manufacturing organizations, preferably in Biofuel Industry or Speciality/industrial Chemical industry only The business Head will report to the India MD Key responsibilities: * Strategic Growth & Expansion: Develop and execute a clear roadmap to scale the company, focusing on revenue growth, P&L market expansion and profitability. * Techno-Commercial Leadership: Leverage technical expertise and business acumen to enhance product offerings, improve operations, and expand market penetration. * Scaling Operations & Process Optimization: Establish robust systems, processes, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth and ensure efficiency. * Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Stakeholders and the Board of Directors, aligning business objectives with long-term vision, governance, and sustainability goals. * Financial Performance: Drive P&L management, cost optimization, and capital efficiency to maximize profitability and shareholder value. * Innovation & Market Positioning: Identify and capitalize on market trends, technological advancements, and new business opportunities to maintain industry leadership. * Organizational Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation Engineering with Management degree is preferred market expansion P&L and profitability.
