Project Manager / Project Delivery Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of recruitment software enhancement projects
• Architect and implement

  AI-driven modules

  (e.g., resume parsing, candidate matching, predictive analytics)
• Overhaul and optimize existing PHP/MySQL-based infrastructure for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders/ functional heads to define product roadmap and delivery milestones
• Manage a self-contained team of developers, testers, and AI specialists
• Ensure robust documentation, version control, and deployment practices
• Evaluate and integrate

  NoSQL solutions

  where applicable (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum

  10+ years

  of hands-on experience in software development and project delivery
• Strong command over

  PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS

  , and related frameworks
• Prior experience with

  recruitment software or job portal platforms

  is

  mandatory

• Proven ability to lead independent teams and deliver complex projects on time
• Exposure to

  AI/ML integration

  in SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with

  NoSQL databases

  (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
