Senior Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment from sourcing to offer closure for

  international

  or

  expat

  positions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across global markets.
• Understand client requirements and deliver high-quality profiles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and networking for talent acquisition.
• Manage negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience (

  preferably in

  international recruitment

  or

  expat hiring).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred

  or candidates available to join by

  15th November 2025

  .

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.
• Exposure to hiring across geographies.
