• End-to-End Recruitment: Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Oracle ERP, SCM, and Logistics roles, from initial job requisition and strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing & Networking: Proactively source and engage with passive candidates in the Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and Logistics space in India. Leverage a deep personal network, market insights, and various sourcing tools to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future needs.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle recruitment, understanding the nuances of different modules within ERP, SCM, and Logistics, and their corresponding skill sets. This includes knowledge of Oracle Financials, Manufacturing, Order Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and Procurement.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective interview processes. Use your strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to guide the hiring process and align on talent strategy.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador.
• Market Intelligence: Provide ongoing market insights, including salary trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability, to inform and optimize our hiring strategy in India.
• 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on IT or technology recruitment in India.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle, end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven expertise in recruiting for roles within the Oracle ERP, SCM, and Logistics ecosystem in India. This includes roles such as Oracle Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Solution Architects.
• An established, extensive network of Oracle professionals in India. The ability to source and engage with passive candidates through personal connections is essential.
• Deep understanding of Oracle's products, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM/ HCM) and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in India.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining confidentiality.
