Ltd. 📍 Location: Andheri (East) 💼 Experience: Minimum 1+ year 🕒 Full-time About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across functions like Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Technology. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at building strong candidate pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Partner with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs. Source candidates via job portals (Apna, Work India), LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives. Conduct screening, interviews, and manage offer-to-onboarding process. Track hiring metrics — TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 1+ year of recruitment experience (BFSI/Fintech preferred). Proficient in Excel, Word, and recruitment tools/HR software.
