About The company:Company specializes in building and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for multinational organizations looking to establish corporate finance and shared services operations in India. We partner with global clients to design, hire, and operationalize high-performing finance teams across multiple domains.

Role Overview

The Recruiter – Finance COE will manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate finance roles within GCC environments. The role requires strong domain knowledge of finance functions, hands-on sourcing expertise, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for Finance COE roles including AR, AP, R2R, OTC, P2P, GL, reconciliation, and compliance support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted market mapping.
  • Conduct initial screening and assess functional and role-fit competencies.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer closure.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience focused on corporate finance/shared services hiring. MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience hiring for Finance COE / Finance Shared Services / Accounting & Finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes such as AR, AP, R2R, OTC, P2P.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for GCCs or shared services environments.
  • Exposure to both volume and niche finance hiring.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics.
