Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing, specifically for mobile platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, quality-obsessed, and confident in leading testing strategies across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end QA processes for mobile applications.
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases, regression plans, and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineering to ensure timely and seamless product releases.
• Identify bugs, maintain documentation, and improve test coverage and QA processes continuously.
• Effectively utilize tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and Appium.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and foster cross-team collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in mobile application testing (manual and automation).
• In-depth understanding of mobile QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and agile environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage QA responsibilities independently.
