We are seeking a Senior QA SDET to take a technical leadership role in shaping the quality of R3’s product suite. As part of an agile, cross-functional engineering team, you’ll design and implement robust automated testing solutions across APIs, UI, and backend components. You'll contribute to our automation frameworks, mentor junior team members, and advocate for testability and quality throughout the development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in test engineering, a deep understanding of automation best practices, and a proactive mindset when collaborating across teams. Experience working with distributed systems in a cloud-native environment is key. Financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
