Senior QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in software testing, particularly in the eCommerce domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing using Java/JavaScript, Selenium, and frameworks like POM or Cucumber. Familiarity with modern AI-integrated tools such as Playwright is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Support functional testing activities during sprints and contribute to in-sprint automation.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks.

- Create test cases and scenarios for new functional requirements.

- Perform API testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business SMEs in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

- Mentor and coordinate with offshore SDET teams, working independently with minimal guidance.

- Understand and analyze complex systems, identify potential issues, and design effective test strategies.

- Apply in-depth understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in test automation. Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, including integration and end-to-end UI testing in the eCommerce domain. Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• - Proficiency in automation testing using Java, JavaScript, Selenium.
  

• - Experience with frameworks like Page Object Model (POM) or Cucumber.
  

• - Familiarity with AI-integrated automation tools such as Playwright (preferred).

• - Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
