Senior QA Engineer

You are sought after to fill the role of a Senior QA Engineer (Contract) with a focus on manual testing, particularly within Salesforce ecosystems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of solutions, playing a vital role in validating customer journeys, billing processes, API integrations, and system functionalities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, sanity, and smoke testing in Salesforce-based applications. - Analyze user stories and acceptance criteria to develop comprehensive test scenarios. - Perform manual testing to validate user interfaces, workflows, and data integrity. - Validate end-to-end order lifecycle including order creation, activation, billing, and provisioning. - Conduct thorough testing of Customer Portals, Billing modules, and Reporting dashboards. - Verify Salesforce-Zuora integration for subscription management, billing accuracy, and invoice generation. - Ensure seamless communication between Salesforce and external systems. - Validate user roles, profiles, and permission sets for appropriate access control. - Log and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts in Agile/Scrum teams. - Participate in sprint ceremonies including daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on manual testing. - Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). - Strong understanding of billing platforms, preferably Zuora. - Proficiency in API testing using Postman. - Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA and documentation tools such as Confluence. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. **Additional Company Details:** - Working Hours: 11.00 am - 8.00 pm **Preferred Tools & Platforms:** - Salesforce CRM - API Testing using Postman - JIRA & Confluence - TestRail/ Zypher - Zuora preferred (for billing validation),
