Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Intern to join our team and assist with the development, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. This role offers hands-on experience working with Salesforce tools, automation, and business processes. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a strong analytical mindset, and is interested in CRM, cloud computing, and business process automation. Responsibilities • Assist in Salesforce configuration, customization, and testing. • Support data management, reports, and dashboards. • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. • Document processes and provide user support. • Learn and apply best practices in Salesforce development and administration. Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • Basic understanding of Salesforce, CRM concepts, or cloud platforms. • Knowledge of Apex, Lightning, or SOQL is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
