Senior QA Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer at Domo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of web applications, mobile applications, and other software products. Your expertise in both manual and automation testing methodologies will be key to meeting quality standards. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment will be essential for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the overall technical lead and automated testing solutions resource - Design and code key aspects of test automation framework(s) - Provide mentoring and technical guidance to Software Engineers and QA Engineers in automation - Conduct ad-hoc technical training, design and code reviews, and resolve technical issues - Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Assurance to identify necessary testing capabilities - Partner with Engineering on test automation efforts and ensure alignment with testing solutions - Own configuration management for integrating test automation into continuous integration - Act as a liaison with Engineering for continuous integration management **Job Requirements:** - 5+ years of progressive manual testing and automation engineering in an enterprise software environment - Familiarity with technologies used in web-based applications and testing - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Experience in a fast-paced, Agile product development environment - Ability to meet aggressive production schedules and deadlines - Experience in implementing new technologies/methods **Desired:** - Experience with technologies/tools such as Jira, Selenium/Playwright, Python, JMeter, Java, jScript, Postman, Jenkins, and Testrail In addition to the challenging role, Domo offers a range of benefits and perks in India including medical cash allowance, maternity and paternity leave policies, baby bucks for newborns or adopted children, Haute Mama maternity wardrobe benefit, annual leave, Sodexo Meal Pass, health and wellness benefit, one-time technology benefit, Corporate National Pension Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, marriage leaves, and bereavement leaves.
