Company is located in Canada in EST time zone. The candidate should be available to work between 6:30PM to 10:30PM IST Mon-Fri to ensure overlap with the team in Canada.

Position: Senior QA Engineer

Role Overview

with strong IT helpdesk domain knowledge

Required Experience

3+ years of QA/testing experience
in IT helpdesk or support desk environments like
Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow or similar.
Experience testing SaaS B2B enterprise software
Understanding of IT support workflows, ticket lifecycle, and support agent operations

Technical Skills

Testing Methodologies
: Manual testing, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing
