Job Description:

Role Overview:

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at DoctusTech, you will play a key role in building and managing custom plugins and modular integrations for scalable web applications. You’ll work across both frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, Django) layers to create high-quality, performant, and reusable systems. This role demands strong technical expertise in full-stack development and plugin architecture, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage custom plugins and modular integrations to enhance platform scalability and functionality.

• Build and maintain robust full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and Django.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Ensure high performance, maintainability, and responsiveness across all application layers.

• Review and optimize code while enforcing best practices in both frontend and backend development.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to plugin and full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Proven experience with Python and Django for backend systems.

• Extensive experience in plugin or extension development and management (browser, CMS, or custom integrations).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.

• Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js, Vue.js, or other frontend frameworks.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, React Testing Library).

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Background in SaaS, Healthtech, or enterprise-scale applications.
