About The Opportunity

Operating in the Technology sector—Enterprise Software & Product Engineering—we build robust, scalable backend services and integrations that power business-critical platforms for B2B customers. Our engineering teams deliver high-quality, secure, and performant systems using modern cloud-native patterns and agile practices.We are hiring an on-site Python Developer in India to join a hands-on engineering team focused on backend services, API development, and platform reliability.Location & WorkplaceIndia — On-site roleRole & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (Django/Flask) that serve internal and external clients.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable, secure code; implement database schemas and efficient queries (SQL/NoSQL).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, container images, and deployment automation to accelerate safe releases.
• Write clean, well-tested code with unit/integration tests (pytest) and participate in code reviews to enforce quality standards.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and concurrency issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver features on sprint cadence and support on-call rotations as required.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years professional experience developing backend systems in Python (3.x) using Django or Flask.
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with SQL databases (Postgres/MySQL) and at least one NoSQL datastore (e.g., MongoDB).
• Strong Git workflow discipline, CI/CD pipeline exposure (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI), and Docker-based development experience.
• Solid testing mindset: unit/integration tests (pytest), mocking, and test-driven development basics.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments, debugging with logs, and using monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
• Knowledge of FAST api
  

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and serverless patterns.
• Background in performance profiling, async frameworks (asyncio, Celery), and message-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with security best practices (OWASP), API versioning, and scalable design patterns for high-throughput services.
