Senior Purchase Executive

Job Title: Purchase Executive (Procurement & Inventory Software Management) Location: Rabale Department: Purchase Reports To: Purchase Manager / Operations Head Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day procurement activities and ensure accurate software entries for all purchases and store materials. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining updated records in inventory/purchase management systems and ensuring smooth procurement operations. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Activities: Identify and procure materials, consumables, and services as per organizational requirements. Source suppliers, obtain quotations, evaluate pricing and quality, and negotiate terms. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with relevant departments. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure service quality. Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve supply issues. Software & Store Entry Management: Enter all purchase details into the inventory Or ERP (Transact) software (e.g., material received, quantity, supplier details). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material inward/outward movement. Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and stock updates. Generate reports such as purchase registers, stock reports, and material usage summaries. Ensure compliance with documentation and internal processes. Assist in stock audits and inventory verification periodically. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of procurement and store operations. Proficient in using inventory management or ERP software (e.g., Tally, Transact.) Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic data entry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in purchasing and store software entry roles. Familiarity with inventory, warehouse, or procurement systems
