Senior Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for Purchase Executive Purchase with minimum 2-4 year of experience in procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate must be proficient for creating purchase orders, skilled in vendor development, and capable of ensuring timely delivery of goods through strong follow-ups. The role also requires Excel proficiency, a basic understanding of operational workflows, and excellent negotiation and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Vendor Development: Source new vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality compliance.

· Timely Procurement: Conduct rigorous follow-ups to ensure goods are received on time and meet quality standards.

· Negotiation & Persuasion: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring vendors deliver on time and meet agreed specifications.

· Problem-Solving: Address and resolve vendor-related disputes and delays proactively.

· Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and maintain proper purchase records.
