Role & responsibilities Responsible for over all Quality Assurance & Quality Control of products Design, implement and improve company quality standards Analyze Quality & food safety related data in order to find areas for continual improvement Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met Formulate strategies to increase productivity Draft/review/modify quality assurance policies and procedures in order to ensure that they align with food safety & quality standards. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and prepare RCA/CAPA report Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards Evaluate the effectiveness of trainings to ensure required competency is developed through periodic trainings Responsible for ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000 documentation , internal/external audit Vendor visit/ Audit Co-ordination with vendors for quality & food safety related documentations Trend analysis of complaints & feedback, environmental monitoring, hygiene monitoring, Pest control etc. Ensuring FSSAI compliance throughout the process.
