Job Title: English Language Tutor (with Sales Experience) Job Type: Full-time Education: Graduate / Postgraduate Experience: 1-3 years (Teaching + Sales) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile English Language Tutor with 1-3 years of experience in both English training and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting English language sessions for international clients globally while also contributing to client engagement, upselling training programs based upon customer's need and building strong rapport to ensure client satisfaction and retention. He or she will be fully responsible to initiate a quick demo session for 30 mins and make the customer understand how the process is going to work out for them and how beneficial it will be for them for their future growth perspective. This also involves cost for the training session so will be fully responsible to talk about the money involved in the communication/ language coaching. Good Salary and incentives will be provided by the company- he or she should have his or own content/ curriculum for the language training as he or she should able to cover those topics over the course of time of the sessions that will be held. Customer satisfaction is what we believe in so eventually the customer should be happy with the sessions and give us good google ratings! Responsibilities: Deliver interactive and engaging English language sessions tailored to client's needs. Teach spoken and written English with a focus on fluency, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary building. Understand client goals and customize sessions accordingly. Use sales experience to explain and promote course offerings to potential or existing clients. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. Help convert inquires into enrollments by confidently communicating program benefits. Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English Communication, Education, Business, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in English tutoring/training. Proven experience in sales, client engagement, or customer-facing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in handling international clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to persuade, upsell, and build long-term client trust. Preferred Qualities: Prior experience in BPO, or corporate training environment exclusive expterise in English communication Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS Platforms, excel and soft phone user) Accent neutralization or voice & accent (VNA) training experience is an advantage.
