Senior Project Manager

Remote • Contract (6 months, extendable) • IST/4-5hr overlap required

What You'll Do

Lead the development of a cutting-edge automotive dealer management system that will replace legacy workflows for thousands of dealers. You'll orchestrate a distributed team building something from scratch—a modern, AI-enhanced platform that transforms how automotive dealerships operate. This isn't just project management; you're architecting the future of automotive retail technology.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development

  across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless integration of AI features that actually solve dealer problems

• Coordinate cross-functional remote teams

  (15+ developers, designers, QA engineers) using modern agile methodologies and clear communication

• Deliver milestone-based results

  with monthly payment cycles, maintaining quality while meeting aggressive timelines

• Manage stakeholder expectations

  including automotive industry clients who depend on zero-downtime operations

• Oversee complex system migration

  from legacy GitLab-based workflows to modern cloud architecture

• Implement risk management strategies

  for mission-critical dealer operations that can't afford failures

• Foster team collaboration

  across time zones while maintaining high productivity and morale

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

• 10+ years of project management experience

  with complex software development projects

• Proven track record

  managing remote, distributed teams of 15+ people

• Experience with modern tech stacks

  (Django, React.js, Flutter, cloud platforms)

• Strong understanding

  of API integrations, data migration, and system architecture

• Excellent English communication

  and stakeholder management skills

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification

  preferred

• Available during IST business hours

  or 4-5 hour overlap minimum

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in automotive industry or dealer management systems
• Knowledge of AI/ML project management
• Background in SaaS or enterprise software development
