Location: Sricity, Greater Chennai Area

Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager, this role involves planning, scheduling and monitoring execution of multiple Campus Development Projects at Sricity International University (SIU).

Key Responsibilities

• MULTIPLE PROJECTS:

  Oversee, simultaneously, multiple projects including: Academic Buildings, Office Spaces, Labs, Roads, MEP Services, Utilities, Sports Complexes, Student Hostels, Staff Housing, and Landscaping.

• PROJECT MONITORING:

  Prepare detailed project schedules, progress reports, and performance dashboards using Zoho Projects for various categories of projects.

• COSTING:

  Prepare projects Quantity Estimation, Costing, Budgeting,

• QA/QC:

  Prepare SOPs, Templates for QA/QC monitoring

• COORDINATION

  : Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that all stakeholders are adhering to agreed schedules

• LEADERSHIP:

  Lead a team of junior Construction Project Management engineers

• SITE VISITS:

  Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and report key milestones to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in MS Project or Zoho Projects, or other project monitoring tools.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with emerging AI-based tools for project management and analytics will be an added advantage.
• Proven expertise in project scheduling, progress monitoring, costing, QA/QC, and consultant/contractor coordination.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior CPM engineers

Preferred Profile

• A qualified Civil Engineer with 12–18 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, campus development or institutional projects.
• Passion for Construction Project Management and interest in nurturing future professionals through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Experience in academic, industrial, or township development projects will be an added advantage.
