Senior Project Manager

As a Project Manager at TMNA Services (TMNAS) and its Group Companies, your role involves leading IT projects from start to finish. This includes working on projects related to implementation or customization of insurance software applications, mobile/web technologies, system integrations, software upgrades, Intelligent Automation (RPA), and infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing three or more projects simultaneously, depending on project complexity, duration, and lifecycle phase, with most projects averaging 6 to 8 months. Key Responsibilities: - Lead IT projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery - Manage a project team of matrixed resources and resolve challenges related to resource and schedule availability - Build and maintain project schedules using MS Project/Project Server - Reconcile project team time cards and financial forecasts, making adjustments as necessary - Follow all documented PPM processes, procedures, and templates - Anticipate, identify, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions - Prepare regular project status reports and engage with stakeholders at various levels Qualifications Required: - 5 to 7+ years of current project management experience delivering IT projects with a minimum budget of $150K - Familiarity with effort-driven project planning techniques in MS Project - Experience in managing vendors, requesting and executing SOWs - Strong leadership capabilities, including executive presence, accountability, and customer focus - Ability to forecast project financials and make informed decisions - Willingness to develop technical understanding and adapt to new project management tools - Proficiency in Waterfall methodologies, insurance domain knowledge, and IT project management The company operates on a full-time, permanent basis, and the work location is in-person.
