Profile : Project Manager

Experience – Min 7 to 15 years

Salary – between 15 to 20 lpa (Depend on the interview)

Location – Pimple Nilakh, Pune

Working days – 5 days (9 to 6pm or 10 to 7pm)

• Delivery ownership of multiple engagements - meeting timelines, maintaining financial health, ensure very high Client satisfaction
• We are looking for 7+ years of experience in Project management.
• Building a team by identifying and onboarding suitable team members
• Efficiently managing the team while keeping the team motivated and ensuring smooth delivery
• Preparing project/engagement documentation like Project plan, Risk/Issue register, Training plan, Communication plan, Change log, Case Study
• Preparing/presenting concise and accurate status reports to clients and internal leadership
• Finding additional business within/outside of current account while delivering engagement
• Knowledge sharing between different engagements
• Understanding industry/technology trend and applying it for engagement benefit
• Build high level technical and business domain knowledge
• Effective stakeholder management for client and internal stakeholders
• Experience of managing ServiceNow, Salesforce or Atlassian is preferred.
