Profile: Project Manager

Job Description: co-ordination of various projects in following sequence

* Documentation of whole project including preparation of BOQ, Gantt Chart, Implementation Calender, DAP customer approval, working drawings, electrical and mechanical drawings.

* Organizing Kick off/ Contract review meeting/ Technical coordination meeting with clients and

execution of committed work in time

* Floating enquires/ negotiation/finalization of service work orders/ procurement orders.

* Site mobilsation and assisting site people for site office set-up.

* Close coordination with the design department and client for approval of drawings, data sheet,

quality assurance plans, welding related documents incorporation of client comments and

subsequently on approval of drawings/documents getting them uploaded in clients record and

circulating the same to all concerned person .

* Co-ordination with the Client’s concern department for full filling all contractual/ statutory

requirements like safety.

* Preparation of Engg. Vendors Data sheet/ Quality assurance plan and getting the same approved

from client, giving manufacturing clearance as per approved docs to manufacturers and chasing up

the vendor for timely delivery as per PO placed .

* Offering all the material to client for inspection, accompany them for joint inspection at vendor

premises to enable him to release the material dispatch clearance. Based on MDCC getting the

material dispatched to respective site and preparation/submission of supply bills against supply

dispatch documents. Follow up with client for release of payments.

* All the invoices of contractors and preparation of their bills for their payment clearance and

smooth running of the project.

* Time to time site visit as per project/ client requirement.

Candidate details: B.tech , Mechanical/ Electrical engineer or relevant experience. Maximum year’s experience.

Industry Type : Automation, HVAC, Fire Hydrants and related projects, Any other experience in Installation and commissioning in a similar role in manufacturing industry.
