Senior Project Manager

As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for enabling technical and economic success of software development projects for creating Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing project management activities such as planning, tracking, monitoring, and delivery in accordance with Agile/Lean practices. - Ensuring adherence to timeline, quality, cost, and defined scope for assigned project(s). - Managing requirements of the product, prioritizing, breaking them down into user stories and technical stories. - Managing risks and performing risk mitigation activities. - Performing stakeholder management and customer engagement activities. - Collecting relevant metrics and driving continuous improvement activities in the project. - Guiding and coaching team members to achieve common goals of the project including technical aspects. Qualifications Required: - B.E/B. Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M. Tech/MSc Computer Science. - 5+ years of experience in software development projects including experience of leading projects/modules. - Mandatory project/team management experience with Cloud & IoT applications (AWS/Azure) for a minimum of 3 years. - Good knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud managed services - AWS & Azure. - Exposure to electrical domain and energy market trends. - Strong project management skills, certifications will have added weightage. - Effective risk management & customer interfacing skills. - Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices. - Ability to drive a positive mindset and culture in the team. - Ability to understand business needs and translate them into solutions. - Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various stakeholders.
