Senior Project Manager

As a skilled and proactive Project Manager at ##MetaBlock, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of web, software, and blockchain development projects. Your strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery - Collaborate with clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements - Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations - Monitor progress and performance; proactively manage risks and issues - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations - Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives - Track project metrics, prepare status reports, and maintain documentation Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in IT project management (Web, Software, or Blockchain preferred) - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar - PMP, Scrum Master, or other certifications (preferred but not required) Nice to Have: - Background in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized platforms - Experience managing cross-border or remote teams - Familiarity with SaaS, ERP, LMS, or mobile app projects In addition to the exciting responsibilities and qualifications required for this role, ##MetaBlock offers competitive salary and performance bonuses.
