Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the seamless execution of luxury interior projects. This role demands expertise in strategic planning, vendor coordination, quality control, and efficient resource management. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of high-end materials, finishes, automation, and modular solutions, ensuring that every project is executed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management – Oversee the complete project lifecycle from design finalization to on-site execution and handover.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination – Manage relationships with premium vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Quality Control & Compliance – Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, ensuring all materials, finishes, and workmanship meet project specifications.
• Budget & Cost Optimization – Track project expenses, negotiate contracts, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication – Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to align project goals, provide regular updates, and address concerns.
• Team Leadership & Process Improvement – Build and mentor a high-performing execution team while streamlining project workflows.
• Risk Management & Problem-Solving – Identify potential challenges, implement proactive solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 years in project operations within luxury interiors, modular solutions, or high-end real estate.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, automation, and modular furniture installations.
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software for tracking and reporting.
• Leadership & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and resolve execution challenges efficiently.
• Client-Centric Approach: Experience working with high-net-worth clients, ensuring premium service and satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

• JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
