Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant software. Interpret sketches, conceptual designs, and verbal instructions to produce clear technical drawings. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to incorporate revisions and ensure design feasibility. Maintain drawing accuracy and documentation throughout the design and execution phases. Ensure timely submission of drawings and assist in creating BOQs and as-built drawings. Adhere to company standards, client specifications, and industry codes. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Draftsman in [industry – e.g., interior design, architecture, MEP]. Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools is a plus. Strong technical drawing and visualization skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Basic knowledge of materials, construction processes, and site coordination is preferred. Preferred Qualities: Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to adapt and learn new tools/technologies as required.
