Senior Project Manager (Night Shift)

.As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee complex projects from planning through delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, quality, and profitability. You will manage multiple large-scale accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support operational leadership in optimizing project workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate dynamic, international environments. You will build strong client and internal relationships, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. The position operates during night shift hours, providing an opportunity to engage with global clients while working remotely from India. Your contributions will directly impact project success and client partnerships.
Accountabilities
- Plan, execute, track, and deliver projects following established processes and standards
- Manage project schedules, estimates, proposals, and resource allocation efficiently
- Assess risks and strategically plan activities to minimize potential issues
- Oversee QA projects, including defect management, reporting, and resource coordination
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Ensure accurate financial tracking, including budget reconciliation and profit management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery and client satisfaction
Prepare and run quarterly business reviews with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with relevant industry experience
- 3-5+ years of proven project management experience, preferably with large accounts
- Experience working internationally or with global product development teams
- Strong expertise in financial management, budget reporting, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with Translation Management Systems (e.g., GlobalSight, SDL TMS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead large, diverse, and virtual teams effectively
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work night shift hours: 12:30 PM IST - 9:30 PM IST (with 1-hour lunch)
- Positive attitude, energy, and commitment to building strong client relationships
