Job Description

Position: Senior Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project schedules using tools like Primavera/MS Project to ensure milestone adherence and timely delivery.

MEP Project Leadership

  • Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), cleanroom functions across the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and client specifications.

Client Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate clear communication and coordination among all project stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure alignment.

Execution Oversight & Progress Monitoring

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to the project plan and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and generate progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Resource & Team Management

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of 40 - 50 engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and mentor junior staff to ensure optimal productivity.

Contract & Vendor Management

  • Manage procurement processes and coordination with vendors/subcontractors.
  • Ensure delivery timelines, cost control, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Prepare project budgets, manage expenditures, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage variations effectively.

Risk Management & Mitigation

  • Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Address project roadblocks through structured problem-solving and escalation processes.

Quality & Compliance Assurance

  • Ensure all construction and MEP works comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement quality assurance protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
